Definitions
On this website (BugDorm Store), "we," "our," "us," and "MegaView" refer to MegaView Science Co., Ltd. "BugDorm" is the trademark of MegaView. "BugDorm Store" is the online shopping store of MegaView. Patents are pending on all BugDorm products. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Pricing
Product online pricing is ex-works Taichung, Taiwan unless stated otherwise.
Payment
We ship upon receipt of payment. You will be offered two payment methods when you check out from the BugDorm Store: credit/debit card (via PayPal) or wire transfer.
Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal)
If you choose "Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal)" as your payment method, PayPal will take you to its secure website and guide you through the payment procedures step by step. PayPal accept VISA Card, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and complies with their respective regulations. BugDorm Store keeps no record of your credit card information. This transaction will appear on your credit card statement as "BUGDORM".
Wire Transfer
Any fees charged by your bank and intermediary banks must be prepaid by you. Please confirm these bank fees before sending payment. Payment should be made in full in selected currency to this account:

Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within three working days after receiving payment. Shipment will be marked with the information as supplied when you register at the BugDorm Store. The four shipping options are Federal Express, Express Mail Service, Air Parcel, and Surface Air-lifted Parcel.
Federal Express - International Priority
Estimated shipping time: 3-5 working days (P.O. boxes not accepted)
Express Mail Service
Estimated shipping time: 7-14 working days
Air Parcel
Estimated shipping time: 14-21 working days
Surface Air-lifted Parcel
Estimated shipping time: 21-28 working days
Since postal regulations on package weights and sizes vary with country, orders to be shipped by Express Mail Service, Air Parcel, and Surface Air-lifted Parcel may be packed into several boxes and shipped separately. These boxes may not arrive at the same time. Delivery by any method may also be delayed for Customs clearance. Please contact us one week after the due date if the package has not yet arrived.
Please note that by ordering from us, you are considered an importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are shipped. MegaView assumes no responsibility for Customs-related obstacles. Any shipment may also be subject to Customs charges (including surcharges, customs duties, assessments, fines, and governmental penalties) levied as the package enters the country. All Customs charges are to be borne by the recipient. Contact your local Customs office for detailed information before ordering.
Warranty
All shipments are packed to ensure safe transport under ordinary handling. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events we cannot control. These include but not limited to acts of God; perils of the air; weather; acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotion, and inspection by governmental authorities.
Please carefully check the product as soon as you receive the shipment. If, on arrival, the goods are damaged, do not return them to us. Instead, please supply proof of purchase (invoice number or any corresponding communications) and inform us of problems (attach photos if possible) or missing parts within two weeks of receiving the goods. At our cost, we will send you replacement parts via Surface Air-lifted Parcel (estimated shipping time: 21-28 working days) unless stated otherwise.
Our products are not meant for applications not specified in product documentation. Our offer to replace goods within two weeks of receipt applies only to the original buyer of BugDorm Store / MegaView and is not transferable.
Privacy
All your personal data is considered confidential. This includes your e-mail addresses. We will not pass any of this information on to any third party without your knowledge. If you do not want to be notified of new products and offers, please contact us, or indicate your preference when your checkout or register at our website.
