Of cube design with lightweight plastic framing, BugDorm-4090 insect cage is very easy to assemble. Simply use splints to connect plastic poles. The front panel of BugDorm-4090 is of clear plastic for observing insect activity; the top panel and three side panels are of Polyester netting (96 x 26 mesh) for ventilation. There are two openings in the front panel of BugDorm-4090 insect rearing cage: a zippered opening for inserting large objects and, centered in the zippered opening, a sleeve opening (18 cm diameter) for addition or removal of insects and for replacement of food material without letting insects escape.
A thin strip is sewn across the ceiling from which to suspend objects, such as feeders.

the enclosure. There are no places for insects to hide inside the cage.
Assembly
