Of the same structure as BugDorm-4 series insect cages with 96 x 26 mesh Polyester netting, this BugDorm-4F series uses very fine 150 x 150 mesh Nylon netting that effectively keeps aphids, thrips, and parasitic wasps from escaping or entering the cage.

The framework of lightweight plastic tubing makes BugDorm-4020F insect cage very easy to assemble. Simply use splints to connect plastic poles. Moving BugDorm-4020F will not make it fall apart because the netting is sewn to perfectly match and hold the frame.

BugDorm-4020F insect rearing cage's front panel is of clear plastic for observing insect activity. Top panel and three side panels are of fine Nylon netting (150 x 150 mesh) for ventilation. Centered in the front panel is a sleeve opening (17 cm diameter) for adding or removing insects and for replacing food material. A thin strip is sewn across the ceiling from which to suspend objects such as feeders.

External dimensions of BugDorm-4020F insect cage are only L25 x W25 x H25 cm, making it a perfect fit for lab selves with limited space.

BugDorm-4F series insect cage is constructed so that support poles are outside the enclosure.
There are no places for insects to hide inside the cage. Please note that Nylon fabric degrades
easily in UV ray. Please avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight.

Assembly

Thread one pole into each of twelve sleeves of BugDorm.
Connect poles with splints.
